Well thanks @LevelSeven, I've been here for long time but recently start to post here and stuff (Reason: almost zero time, thanks law school...). As I said before, is just an opinion and criticism about the work, that doesnt mean I hate his work, actually I love Index and other works of Kamachi.

You say Index is 15.... but .... she knows about lewd things (if I remember correctly).

Now that you say it, it might be possible. But the summary mentioned a magic god, so i suspect St Germain is a Magic God not a St. But also it can be possible the Magic God is another person not named yet
Anyway, I think it is also possible St. Germain used to be a Saint and then became a Magic God

btw, in our world you can surely find 11/12/13/14 years old kids who know more lewd stuff than Index, hell, im pretty sure they know more than mikoto and touma together XD

but "being alive" includes many things...
and siliva attacked him into a mess he still stood up and walked + fought ... this isnt even a question about endurance and stamina... he was already at 99% after silvia and a simple walk would have been the other 1% XD

guy, he has a superficial knowledge, he does not know about saints, the most powerful spiritual items, what is a magic god, he has no contacts in this world, he saw an angel, but do not know what a angel Christian, etc. read the series carefully, yes, Accel received any explanation of magic, but as we saw in NT 3 and later volumes, Touma is on a totally different level of knowledge of this world. Say Accelerator know the magic side as Touma, is the same as saying that Touma knows the dark side on a par with Accelerator.

It is not a matter of like or dislike a character, it is a fact.
