Riot Grasper ~Stealing Skills in the Otherworld~
Original title: ライオットグラスパー ~異世界でスキル盗ってます~ Alternative title: Raiottogurasupa ~Isekai de sukiru to te masu~ Source: http://ncode.syosetu.com/n6530bk/ Translation: Raising the Dead Synopsis: Agatsuma Seiji accidentally dies in his current world. Due to a certain reason, he chooses a world other than Earth as the destination for his reincarnation. Incidentally, he receives a special skill upon his reincarnation, 『Thief's Godly Skill (Riot Grasper)』, the attraction of which is the ability to steal skills from others. How will a boy, who longs for nothing but ‘cool’, live his life in this otherworld with the Thief's Godly Skill!? 「Well… aren’t ordinary people boring? No! I firmly refuse! For me! For my sake– I can’t escape from this place!!」 Will Seiji make full use of his skill and plunder others, or will he play by the rules–!? I can't answer the FAQ at this point as I have not read ahead. I read as I translate. Last edited by hacen; 2016-03-27 at 13:07. Reason: Change in the title of the series |

Up to where I read he has gotten nowhere with any of the female leads and just goes around killing things and stealing their skills to become OP.
The system for skills and growth is decent as well as the plot and writing so as long as you don't care that he's hetare as fuck its decent for the genre. Theres various limits on his stealing skill though it's still pretty OP, usual skill based plot devices/developments. The writing is still one of the better ones though so as long as you can deal with almost no romance development it's decent action/adventure.

There are tiny hints of romance, but its more like characters slowly falling for each other during the adventure and never getting anywhere until the series end, the characters have their own agendas and follow them, so it doesn't force them to remain together.
I don't care much for ones that completely ignore that aspect so I spend more time reading it while reading other stuff as well. The best comparison I can give this is a better written version of isekai skill taker from that other thread, but with less/no romance/harem.
