Suzuka's voice sounds like she should be speaking pretty formally, but her speech is actually a little more informal than I would have expected. Normal girl of her age, maybe a bit on the soft-spoken side.
There aren't actually that many speech quirks. Nanoha's essentially normal-little-girl. Arisa is a type A but too young for any of the constructs that would really bring it out. Nanoha's family is all more or less standard. Fate's just quiet. Hayate has the Kansai accent, but it's not emphasized the way that many shows do (like, say, Saku from Hayate the Combat Butler). The only character from A's with a real speech affectation is Signum, and that's mostly word choice (even lighthearted Signum is pretty serious). Zafira to a lesser extent, but he's quiet too, and talking tough-man language rather than formal-warrior, so the effect is kind of Kenshiro with wolf ears. I'd have to watch StrikerS again before talking about any speech (except Rein's, which is, of course, cute... and Agito's, which is affected like a female gangster or an old-style yakuza.) |

I have a question to people with better sound stages and bonus materials knowledge:
Was it ever stated in official material that Nanoha was living with Fate after they moved to Mid? Or that they live together with Vivio after RF6 disbanded? |

You mean the TSAB. Midchilda itself is a single planet, and it's analogy to the Federation would be Earth, i.e. the capital planet.
As for the TSAB's exact scope, no material has shed light on that matter, so we honestly don't know.

Let's not go there, Keroko. Not in this thread at least. You never know when the Legion might be lurking around, waiting for an opportunity to turn an innocuous statement into the catalyst for a shipping war.
