No idea, but if Kouki wants to advertise and draw in more people to watch TE, I highly doubt he'd limit the stream to those who own a premium account only.

Here is some speculation about the ending from me
(From PV's, trailers, etc of Chronicles, TE, and various shit)
Kriska Tells Inia "I want you, at least you, to survive" (direct translation from me, from a PV) Huge DeathFlag their

Inia and Some other esper (Most likely Kasumi) together, then Inia says looking into the sunset "I will never forget what you guys have left for us." (Big ass death flags)

Yui commands a unit/battalion of some sort, in some time in the story. (From ending PV)

It's pretty clear the majority of the cast is going to die. We shouldn't be suprised anyway, you can't rage without age and you know what they do.
