It would be terrible if it was. Not really because it's badly written (which is not) or anything like that, but because there is zero foreshadowing for whole affair in main story. Even Yuiga confessing is something that can work only as "what if" scenario without overhauling main story, not to mentioning there was never hint she is carrying guilt whole time...
As standalone thing it might be indeed better then others arcs.

That wrapped up nicely. Definitely the best of the route conclusions for me thus far. A nice taste of their regular routine, a nice celebration for Nariyuki’s recovery and some definite progression for these two in setting up their plans. Really was a route that tied nicely into what Asumi was all about and her goals.
Looking forward to the next one. Time to bring on Sensei!

Coworker route as teachers.
The Yuiga twins also grew up nicely, so several years have passed. It seems like Nariyuki is about to move from the small family house next to Sensei's apartment, and when he looks out from the window, Sensei is undressing with open curtains. She probably got scared of a bug and jumped to Nariyuki's apartment through the window, as the gap between them are not that big. Not a fan of the haircut, but it was tolerable here compared to the other instances Tsutsui drew it so far. |

My impression is that the Uruka end is the one that fits in best with the main story, with that said every ending seems plausible if all but one girl go their separate ways and move on with their lives.
Time skips were handled well and certainly make the alternate routes more likely. |

Uruka's route is most fitting. Rizu is somewhat possible, even if unlikely. Fumino is impossible without retcons. Mashumi is extremely unlikely and barely possible all thing considered.
Mafuyu should be possible and far more likely then Rizu or Senpai.

There won't be time travel.
I'm too lazy to go back and search what I have envisioned about JK Mafuyu, but I think my idea on the off chance that JK Mafuyu will be the main heroine of the route was the route ending with Adult Sensei and they reenact the jinx, since her festival shadow was already a thing. Basically, Tsutsui decided that Nariyuki have already met JK Mafuyu in the past as a kid thanks to Papa Yuiga bringing him to the Culture Festival. There, he had a promise with JK Mafuyu, and Adult Mafuyu had a déjá vu moment of the jinx happening in the past between them. Not gonna lie, not a fan of this promised, first girl approach, but if Tsutsui just implies Nariyuki smashing Sensei at the end of the route, I will forgive him. |
