She gave up her career to go into hiding because her exceptional ISper powers if known would cause her to be separated from Riselle.

Um... Not the pilot, just the unit. The extra manipulator can connect to the arm gauntlet to supplement arm strength by multiples of 10.

Oh, and this thing has been bother me for a long time. If a force field really created a bubble around the user, then how could they breath in such trapped air? If oxygen particle could flow into it, then does that means toxic is an option. If they only active with incoming shot, then how could they react faster than a laser?

TIS Karon's real name, Orimura Kaoru, with Magi Karon being her stage name. Just part of the reboot concept to make an Idol pilot more similar to a real idol (stage names, a producer, professional schedule and training). And the overlap with Madoka's niche is deliberate, and a central part of TIS' plot actually.
