is it possible to get a ticket outside of Japan ? I am planning a 1-2 weeks Japan backpacking/budget traveling around the end of August/beginning of September, and I am willing to kill just for 1 ticket >.<.

I would prefer that they do it on the 29/30 August like last year but for Fiction Junction and Kajiura-sama I am willing to extend my trip a little bit ><

The list is far from finalized. They are announcing the lineup piecemeal, like they did last year.

You can find tickets off YAJ and use a proxy service to help you bid for them. And a tip. Only bid on those that show the ticket with all the seating details.

What about Nakajima Megumi?? or K-ON shiyuu members~!!
They did well on Oricon Ranking and sale~!!
