By the way another thing that keeps bugging me. The AEC-Equipements are justified in their use despite the failure as it's proven regular Devices have low effectiveness against EC Drivers but ...what about the Barrier Jakcets/Knight Clothing? Signum confirmed the uneffectiveness of those first hand. Why Caledfwilch or the TSAB haven't designed a new type of protective clothing yet? It's cool seeing our heroines in their characteristic outfits and all but in front of a Huckebein those don't bring more protenction than a fancy cosplay costume xDU

I know Section Six is a unit filled with guinea pigs to test new stuff but c'mon, at least give them better defenses xDU

They're probably trying to develop defenses that can withstand the Eclipse energy capabilities, starting first with the Fortress armaments, which comprise mostly of shields. The most flexible designs for defenses, unfortunately, are magical in nature.

Hope Nanoha's new Fortress will manage to accomplish it's role as a defensive equipement. Cause so far we have seen not one but TWO fortress units being trashed by EC Drivers(Caro's one was destroyed by an "unreacted" EC Driver to add insult to the injury xDU) and supossedly Fortress main purpouse is to be an ultimate all purpouse multi-range defense unit xDU

Wonder if Caledfwilch Techniques put the charge for all the trashed AEC-equipements on TSAB's bill xDU

I just wonder what will be Signum's approach to battle as her new equipement seems to be a set of Crossbow + Buckler. Did she plan to go Legolas on Cypha xD?

I mean sure probably Signum will have room to show some of her rarely used archer skills but how that will work in a close battle against an expert dual wielder swordswoman who can slice trough any defense?

As far as we know Signum's prowess as a martial artist is probably lacking compared to the likes of Zafira, Vivio or Subaru. If she have showed some good backflips or another sort of martial arts moves then it would be more plausible she could fight like Hawkeye. Signum jumped right in front of Cypha at the end of Ch. 23 which effectively confirm it will be a close one-on-one duel. Things suddenly get very confusing.
