I didn't know which studio was animating this but it didn't take me long to figure out lmao. They did "the walk" in this too. Blueish color palette as well.
The premise is completely absurd but I found the first episode pretty fun. Saku is a bit of unusual role for Yui Ishikawa, it was nice to hear her sound so upbeat. Hyper, even. I wish my cat would take care of me like that instead of the other around. I had a big laugh when he weighted Saku because that's exactly how I weigh my cat, I'm sure most of us do.

Omg, this was hilarious! The cat has such a good dynamic with his owner Saku. And he has all the funny emotions when things go right and wrong!
Funny how she has a totally different look with glasses at the office. No one there really knows about the truth at home, but her boss may in the future. Visually, I'm loving all the different angles and camera following that's being done, such as when the cat dragged her to the bathroom. Even the commuting scenes were done well. My only gripe was that one top down scene where everyone in CG was walking at the exact same pace, but it was only a few seconds long. I think I could get used to watching this every week. |

I wish I had a cat-slave to do my chores, lol
Amusing show. I like when they have detailed background stuff like accurate cars; I wouldn't mind an R8 like the chief was driving. I especially like when they go to the lengths of drawing accurate background vehicles, like in Nodame Cantabile when I saw an E38 BMW... just wish it'd have been red like mine lol Last edited by Strahan; 2023-07-11 at 14:10. |

Now THIS IS the true escapist fantasy. Your mascot take care of you. I liked it. Humor is decent, MC is ubercute, cat is best parther-furry-husbando and boss is GoHands bishounen.
Oh, talking about GoHands I didn't appreciate the first few minutes of flexing. I was like "damnit GoHands control yourself". |
