Just a brief question. What exactly are those goggles that the Misaka clones use? I think they might be night-vision goggles, but they could be something else too, especially since Mikoto has no need of such a device.

Unlike Biri Biri, the Sisters can't track electromagnetic flows on their own, so they have to rely on the goggles to visualize them.

If you can not see it/feel it you can not direct it, the goggles amplify their awareness of the energy flow allowing them to manifest concentrationed energy.

If his power cancels out others then the moment on objects that are tossed by "abilities" could be canceled as well?

Altho I think its pretty clear his power are non direct and touch based meaning energy is easy enough to cancel out, direct physical attacks can be canceled out, mental attacks could be canceled out(if he touches his head and that's for active illusory type stuff, permentate brain washing dose not seem to count LOL).

Secondary effect stuff seem to be out of his league which makes the accelerator his perfect nemesis.

I wonder is his ability grows any or will he be a one trick character...altho...if he got any more powerful it would not be as fun. :X

In episode 14, Accel mentioned that the maximum level potential stops at lv 5. If the difference in power is supposedly vastly superior to Mikoto's why didn't they make a lv 6 to compensate? I guess the real question I'm asking is what classifies a person to be level 5 what possibly is needed to reach the level 6?

Then explain Mikoto and Accelerator.

Mikoto had her powers since she was a child so i highly doubt a group of scientist "gave" her powers.

Accelerator albinism's is the result of his powers blocking all ultraviolet radiation which in turn prevents his skin from manufacturing melanin. Clearly he had his powers since the day he was born.

The thing is with lv 6 is that it takes too long to get there. According to Tree Diagram, the super computer, under the Academy's power program, it would take 200 years! So the computer choose an alternative to get there faster, killing many psychics which in Accelerator's case was the Sister clones.

Maybe Mikoto and Accel was in the city since they were children or something.

If Mikoto had her powers even as she was being born, I'd hate to be the woman giving birth to her. I mean, I know childbirth is already a painful experience, but childbirth when the child is electrified would be far worse.
