If the author don't change the volumes' size on the next few ones. the 15th volume would start at the chapter 139 then end at the chapter 148, we'd have around 27 chapters till the end.

I'll get around to summaries when my spring break starts, but here's a very brief recap of the latest chapter:

Spoiler:

With the warning from the sisters, Log Horizon prepares the materials for another raid. At the very end of the chapter, Isaac gets the Kyouko treatment and dies to Eirenus.

Also to note is that the Black Sword Knights were in the Akiba Station, where they woke up. Seems like Eirenus also has some ability to put people to sleep, and our long-awaited war in Akiba may be against Genii and monsters instead of Minami. Maybe the [Genius War] outfits from the mobile game will be their new gear in this volume

Eirenus' title also somehow became the Genius of Despair, which is completely different from his title in the Nuctemeron, unless I'm getting the name wrong.

It's Genius of Disappointment. In Japanese sites, Eirenus is the Genii of "Destruction of Idol", so perhaps it's related in this way.

Shiroe has been teaching Minori about preparing for raids as they went shopping. However, no Genius attack is encountered in a week, but there is always one older members of Log Horizon following the younger team whenever they go to hunt. Meanwhile, Tetora bring the younger team to fight some hill giants and tell them they are going to fight bigger and bigger monsters from now on, because it is the convention of Elder Tale that bigger monsters being stronger.

Again, this won't be a full summary, but:

Looks like Akihabara has gotten the Shibuya treatment and has turned into a raid zone. William and Dinkuron, who are in Akiba, meet up with Rieze. This may be inaccurate, but it seems like everyone's levels got forcibly lowered as well.

All the zones have become unfamiliar, so everyone's on their guard. Shiroe, Naotsugu, and Nyanta are together, but their guild house has become an unfamiliar place and it's hard to regroup with everyone as the zones no longer connect the same way as before. So opening the door to the kitchen might take you outside instead of into the kitchen, etc. Telepathy also no longer works, so it's impossible to call anyone.

William, Reeze, Shiroe, Tetora, Nyanta, Naotsugu are all at level 35, where the monsters are at level 65. From what Shiroe have thought, it seems Genius can also have something similar to Kuden, such that they are using the mentor system mechanics to lower the level of Adventurers. It seems they have spot Litka and Lelia at the end.

Now my guess is that perhaps the younger team haven't lowered their level because the raid zone seems to be for level 60 and they are below that.

Shiroe, Naotsugu, and Nyanta meet up with Rieze, William, and Dinkuron to figure out their situation. With their levels lowered to 35, it's difficult to engage the level 65 enemies. However, skills like Castle of Stone are effective regardless of level, so Dinkuron and Naotsugu are trading off uses of the skill to fight enemies. Lelia and Litka, who are at level 65, haven't had their levels lowered, so Shiroe gives them a notepad and tells them to deliver it to Minori.

Meanwhile, Isaac has revived and meets up with Misa, who is guarding Rayneshia. Charasin, William, and Rieze join them, and they team up. (They seem to be in some sort of special zone, but I don't understand the details.)

On Minori's end, she regrouped with Tohya, Rudy, and Isuzu, and Akatsuki found them on her own. Like Alf predicted, Minori is still at level 59. Because Akatsuki was their leader for the day, she used the mentor system to drop her level equal to Minori's, and thus was not as badly affected by the level-lowering system as she would have been. The two of them are alone together when they spot Lelia and Litka. The girls give Minori the notebook, which is the start of Minori's adventure.

Serara and the Hamelin kids who joined the Crescent Moon Alliance managed to gather together, and they meet up with Minori's group to start their raid. I don't think any of them are above level 65, so they weren't affected by the level suppression. Those formerly one-off kids get their time to shine!

Considering certain builds and skills, she may just specialize in using skills that will end up destroying her weapon/equipment in exchange for extra damage dealt or reduced damage taken, stuff like that. In which case owning expensive, hard-to-repair weapons is impractical.

It also depends on what her sub-class is too. If it's one that allows her to make lots of wacky, explosive stuff (aka stuff that'll make Junkrat's face glow)....

Basically the team is struggling against the raid (since the enemies are also higher-leveled than they are), and then Eirenus uses his ability to make Minori freeze (something to do with Shiroe). However, Akatsuki joins the fray and gives Minori words of encouragement.

Minori gets full-Full Control Encounter and uses the Kannagi special skill <Coat of Minerva> (not sure what the effect is). They defeat Eirenus, bringing the raid to end.

It seems that the higher-level guild members and guild masters gathered in front of the Guild Meeting Hall. Maryelle is naturally worried about her kids, most of whom are participating in their first large-scale raid, so she goes and hugs each and every one of them when they return safe and sound. Lelia and Litka also used up some 100,000 scales they got from Log Horizon(?) to summon something during the raid, so to make up for it, Shiroe decides to take them in as members of Log Horizon.

A little detail to the boss: After the raid party regained the motivation to fighting again, Isuzu found that there's another monster at the chest of Genius of Disappointment that looks like a fetus with a horn. It's called Genius of Admiration Eirenus, level 35. So Eirenus is actually Genius of Disappointment and Admiration as a set.

Now the younger party is complete with 6 members, with a lot of support and quite a bit of defense, but a bit lacking on magical damage. But the older party has even less balanced on magical damage until the summoner(Roe2?) joins....
