If Urie fails to save Mutsuki, then I can't imagine him ending up in a good place mentally and emotionally, especially when he finds out that Kaneki has left the CCG.

Yet to be said at this point. Erm I am a bit confused was Nashiro implanted into Kurona? Or did she eat her sister, become a Kakuja and her Kagune became like that? Then again she has 4 Kakugan? What on earth did Kanou do?

If so it makes sense...sadly. I mean he was taken in when he was injured, became a test subject and went crazy. Kuro survived the raid, Kanou did who knows what to her using Shiro's body, kagune etc. Both went pretty nutty and Amon was suffering with them and were discarded together. They were called failures(floppy) and were "taken care of" by Aogiri. Amon after shock must likely wanted to learn about what happened to the sisters so he could come to terms with his situation...and Shiro was the only person to be called comrade. (Since they were CCG, turned half ghoul+Ken was nowhere to be found)

I'm still really on the fence about that line from last chapter. Spoilers I've read say that the actual line means something along the lines of martyrdom, which is relatively different than following a master (though not mutually exclusive either), and translations have been less than perfect in the past. |
