Novel folks - did Yuuji become cold like this before the Sabrac battle in the written word as well?

Potential scene for the next shana-tan special? "Got Milk?"

THAT'S QUITE A LOAD!!!!!!!! WOW...lol! Didn't really pay attention to that scene, but I guess when it's not in motion and you get to see a SS, it completely looks different. It his facial expression shows a sign of relief.....whoa!

I really love teh Yuji training, and Yuji telling Kazumi to GTFO and don't bother with me anymore deal, 9/10 episode. If it had some sword action it could've been a 10. Next week seems promising though.

Geez, a lot of stress and tension is so high,
as one could wonder on who will be the first to die.
For now, the Balle Masque higher-ups seem to be chillin'
because they think they will be the ones doing the killin'
The plot is already begun to progress and thicken
and one could wonder if Sydonay is choking any chickens.

Watched the raw, and am intrigued with Yuji's change in character. I wish I knew what was said exactly in the conversation between him and Yoshida; he did chase after her, but he obviously isn't himself. I guess all the craziness surrounding him has gotten into his head. I wonder how Shana will deal with this; she's always taken his natural empathy for granted.

Spoiler for for convo:

Also, it seems that the new enemy is more crafty than powerful, which is the perfect kind of enemy Yuji should face off with as a first real fight.

Wish they could throw another enemy Mystes into the story right now.

By the way, for Ep. 16, which title is the correct one: "Ceaseless Thoughts" or "Everlasting Love"?

I think the Ep. 16 title "Ceaseless Thoughts" is the correct name, son.
SS-Eclipse Productions really fucked up the translation for that one.
One can point out some past minor grammatical errors they made.
But it's not a big deal since no one thinks they need remedial aid.

Not bad Yuji going after his own head this time.

Can't be too surprised that he is thinking differently from the usual. After all that has been happening no one would remain unaffected that's for sure. But yeah probably distancing himself since he sees leaving inevitable.

Do worry a bit about his mother. Never know what would happen if Yuji did go. Doubt that his dad would remain out there if she was all alone and in danger of collapse. Interesting speculation that it could be pregnancy. Not bad with Carmel going all out with the medicine. Pulling out the antlers was just hilarious, but her heart is certainly in the right place.

Well hopefully the next episode gets busy now that they have this Tomogara showing up. Curious what his plan is and how he is going to hold a city hostage. Maybe if there are so many of him and its pretty much impossible to track. He could do quite a bit of damage to innocent people.

Too much or not enough..

Yuji just can't seem to get it right. He's always either not trying hard enough or going too far. On the plus side Yoshida looks like she's pulled herself together...about time. And for the first time all season(?) Shana mentioned melon bread!

Well, this episode had 7 written all over it. It had a lot of plot progression, but there were too many shudder points that mark the second season for me.

Yuji's discussion about what will happen when he disappears had a strange flashback for me. I had completely forgotten about the morbid nature of a lot of the first 6 episodes of SnS S1, and it really reminded me why I got into this series to begin with: It's horribly depressing.
That said, I'm beginning to think that JC Staff may pull an anime original ending and have Yuji finally disappear...

Also, please, Kazumi, join Yuji! Become a flame haze, or call Pheles and get her to make you another Reiju Maigo! Kazumi+Yuji=Ai
