1. NO. Sony/Hollywod corporations can't stop people ripping stuff from DRM encrypted video so it's next to impossible right now. If you manage to do it better give them a call because you could make a lot of money.
2. Let's be realistic here and ask why should you care or why should they care if you're angry? Do you own the rights to the video? If you do go to a lawyer and get C&d letter made to the infringing party. If not, tough luck. If you don't want to watch rmvb - don't download it. RMVB is still useful even if the quality is crap in comparison to x264, for portable devices and for places where high speed internet is unavaliable. Plenty of places in Asia, Middle East and South America don't have high speed internet access or have capped d/l's.
