Ch 145-150 is the Mikan/Okada arc. Most of it is talking about Okada's relationship with Mikan in the past. Old lady Mikan appearance near the end of ch 150. I dunno what she is saying, but I think she saying that she, Asahi and Okada are still friends after 50 years.

Because the author apparently hates Shiho. Only reason I can think of to force a pairing with a confirmed sexual predator.
