Nice to have some insights on how the characters were created. I wonder if given how popular gyarus seem to be recently Tsutsui regrets not having put one in his series. Oh, and this basically confirms that Rizu is only good for udon jokes.

It also confirmed that the route system was totally not planned at all, since he not even planned all of the heroines out from the start, and Senpai came to be as the editor meddled in.

I don't see a strong implication. He could have easily planned multiple routes for the first three heroines and then added the others.

That, multiple routes wasn't planned was obvious even before. This pretty much just confirms it. I mean how crazy you have to be to assume "Udon Fairy" had anything resembling long term role in story, less planned ending XD.
