Many real idol groups have English-names, though this also tends to expand to store names, product names, etc. I'm not exactly sure why, but I've always considered it a marketing strategy. English letters (and English names, moreso) stand out in newspapers, bulletin boards, magazines, etc. and if you have a name that stands out, you get more consumers = more profit.

Being enthusiastic is good but you should know the limits as well Honoka.
You are coughing, it is raining, you are tired and performance is next day... A BREAK IS A MUST! In all honesty a break once in a while could give far more results than constant training without stop because muscles and organism do need a break. Hopefully she'll learn her lesson.

Honoka made me facepalm quite a few times in episode 11.
No matter though! For i'm sure everything will be worked out next episode! Right? R-Right? There work wasn't all wasted and it was all a success right?

Well not surprised it turned out like this. Honoka's best qualities are also her worst qualities. Has no understanding of the meaning of moderation. Completely went full-tilt and it ran her into the ground. That's kind of why she needs members of the group to pull the breaks on her.
Unfortunately the Korori-Umi combo that usually takes up that job weren't lined up. Kotori's personal problem made her just go along with whatever Honoka wanted. If she couldn't decide what was best for her how could she tell Honoka to take it easy? Or at least this is going to be the self-blame that Kotori pushes onto herself. Not realizing Honoka was going to burn herself out and not helping Umi to stop her. Of course not like there isn't an entire group there to help with that....None of them were jumping forward saying "whoa you are taking on too much here." Or at least they quickly withdrew the complaints in the face of Honoka's overwhelming energy. In the end Honoka brought it onto herself. I mean come on if you are sneezing then running out into the rain to practice when you are already tired is stupid. Didn't consider how holding back actually has its uses. I do wonder about Kotori's dilemma. Maybe an offer to go to a prestigious school? Maybe overseas education? Whatever it is, the offer was big enough to leave her uncertain. Missing out her first chance to bring it up to Honoka and then Honoka being too busy. You could see the trainwreck coming, but it still hit with plenty of force. Though I think they might have gone overboard.

That petting sequence with Honoka and her classmates wahhhhhh, ....dies...
Honoka shows again why she is leader & center hmmm she's starting to have that yuuko vibe especially during that night training. loved how her sister is now seriously considering Otonokiza as shown with that pamphlet. But over-training is just as bad as not training, I'll just put it to her inexperience, seriously who stamina trains the night before the event sheesh. Rest&recovery is as much a part of training, what's more you put the entire team in a bind by risking injury & sickness as what happened with her. More so because she's center. Too bad they didn't have a coach . I'll gladly volunteer if they want one though loved their antics & expression during the auditorium lottery, but never did i doubt they WILL NOT GET the slot ahahaha. kotori getting a last minute dilemma requiring a decision with implied sacrifice via that letter, but i kinda don't like this development it felt forced & cliche. I assume it's a recommendation to an elite school of some kind overseas. One last small gripe : here we have a group working to save the school from closure and they can't even give them a free pass to use the auditorium. (?) the hell with that tradition, it would all be meaningless if the school closes. oh well they needed muse to perform at the rooftop (for the rain drama). anyway it's just minor, besides I kinda liked the idea, much like The Beatle's Rooftop gig well technically μ is not English so they are actually the exception on that list

Epic lottery roll and the petting was LOL worthy. The dance sequence was fantastic and shows where the budget went to. Guess they will be trimming it a bit in the next episode after Honoka ran herself ragged.
And Kotori, take a hint of the title of the next episode. Stay till the end! Do not regret it!
