No you did not; his list time activating Kyuubi was in the Naruto/Gaara fight.

After realizing what danger the chakra causes to his friends he(Naruto) decided to limit its use as much as possible. And the last time he used it was in his training and his fight with Kakuzu(or something like that).

Actually, he didn't really use it, per say, in his training. One could argue that he uses it in the sense that it increases his chakra pool, which he needed to complete his jutsu, but he didn't specifically erupt into "Nine-Tails" form. In fact, that's why Yamato was there, to prevent that from happening. Same thing with Kakauzu...one could argue that he used Kyuubi's chakra in that increases his chakra pool, but he didn't go full-on Kyuubi. The last time we saw that was really in the fight with Orochimaru, wherein he exploded into Four-Tails Kyuubi.
