I don't think Sana got freaked by the knife but by the blood on it. Because there is a close-up to the blood and only a small portion of the knife. Probably some accident that made blood appear. And the thing with the watch i don't know, but i seriously hope it's not attempt suicide. Well something's up because he remembers and still has the presents drom his friends after 5 years.

This was a good episode. There were some funny and touching moments but, what I liked the best was seeing Nanaka speaking with Sana normally though, she is still has a long way to go.

Two new mysteries... Sana's reaction to the blood and the wrist watch which, surely, are connected. Did he try to commit suicide? Probably...

Looking forward to the next episode!

The show is good and I like it. There is only one "problem": Aoi-chan!
I know she's meant to be a comedy and ecchi relief, but there is a limit to tardness: I think she said the most retarded thing ever in anime. How can there be sharks in a swimming pool/water park?!? Even six years old kids know this!

Not only her tardness, but the most important thing that (for me at least) could be categorized as a "problem": her voice, that squeeky high pitched voice, for the love of merciful God please make it stop. Seriously, we got a 12th grader trying to sound like a 1st/2nd. Her chipmunk voice brought spine and shivers, making me want to almost watching the show with no sound.

Everything else in the show are awesome. But please do something about Aoi's voice.

I really want to see a confrantation between Nanaka and Asami, that should be exciting. How many would bet Nanaka slaps Asami, or Asami slaps Nanaka.

Well I agree with everyone regarding the watch + the knife and this is my story :

Sana’s family is coming a part, because his mother finds that Sana’s father had a romantic relationship with a women during their marriage.. They fight and Sana’s father gets hurt by a knife used by Sana’s mother and during this fight sans gets his wrist hurt very badly. However, Sana goes through a tough time because of the situation at home, then he leaves his school because everyone know his mother wanting to killed his father and Sana gets lost, so his mother sent him back to their hometown till things cal down and to save him from his psychological condition.

In the hometown, accidentally , Sana finds that his father’s relationship resulted a child- a girl - who is 10 year old now and she’s living with on of Sana’s father relative’s..

Sigh people still putting Aoi down...Ah well to each his own...I personally loved every scene she got this episode so to you all.

Nice to see nana begin to finally remove that stick out of her a** though. Made for a much more enjoyable and throughly unpainful episode finally.

Syuri's "Shut up" took the cake for me this episode though...Something about the timing and the way she said it I couldn't keep myself from laughing.

I thought the same thing as blitz and UPR, in regards to the knife and watch. I was thinking it looks like he doesn't want to take his watch off.

I'm warming up to Nanaka's character, but I am still waiting for a half decent explanation to her reaction in the first 2 episodes. I fear I'll have to put it down to her being bi-polar or something like that.

In regards to Nanaka x Sana or Nanaka x Hoshino, I think Nanaka is getting killed on the field. Lucky she had the balls to pipe up about the cookies in the end or else it would have been a white wash.

I was really hoping that Hoshino turned out of the blue on the riverside so I could go warning stalker alert!!! Instead it is just Sana with no experience of women, never mind a very jealous one. At least his stone present gave him a win there.

Sana doesn't seem like the type of guy to play the field, he did make a storming mistake with the mirror, but at least Nanaka didn't have a biatch attack and stomp on her one or something like that.

Love Aoi, I can't see how any of the other girls could hold a candle to her. She is fun, considerate, super cute and can make sure your belly is full even though someone said they would catch loads of fish. Oh she looks great in a swim suit too

Episode 3 was nice, though some things were a bit "meh".

as some people already said this, nanaka's 180° personality shift was really bad.
Frankly, even her usual demeanor with other people softened, and her manner of speech almost looked like she was permanently angry before (she was even rough with the teatcher, while she was still neutral).

Now, the funny fact is that even when she turns deredere, she is reserved which fits her previous behaviour but certainly not her genki and sweet one. Seriously, she didn't even seem to interact with the Twins or Aoi when Sana isn't around.

Last but not the least, Nanaka is "suddenly" more in love. Seriously, even if she isn't "angry" anymore, her sudden jealous reactions are really far fetched compared to how she felt about Sana before. Even in episode 2, Sana's interactions with Asami doesn't make her more angry or anything. And in this ep, she is quite affected so... errr?
I know she is obviously in love with him, but her personality change looks like she is almost going deredere whenever he is around...

Thus the general change is really too fast, and it almost looks like Nanaka only had grudge against Sana because he wasn't able to remember about her, so she might think he could have forgotten about her as well, which is kinda lame



Aoi is not only annoying with her voice, but also about her personality.
For crying out loud, she is 17 years old. SEVENTEEN. Even Ayu looks very mature compared to her, and the fanservice and "comedy" about her are pretty much tasteless, breaking a bit the pace and the mood

Another rant, but more on the General part of the series: some BGM are kinda... "meh". I begin to really dislike the one used in episode 3 (11:25)... cheap and really kinda unfitting. but meh, matter of taste...

Aside of these points, another enjoyable episode, and Asami is really gotting many good points
Meanwhile, it looks like Sana has definitely a dark past involving his parents (at least his mother) and it might be interesting how it will affect his interactions.

Finally, i'm wondering how this series can be actually called "harem", considering the way how the story is protrayed... huh...

Lol! The fishing scene was really funny. Aoi getting confused is really adorable. Oh and it appears Sana is not too keen on seeing blood. Wonder why? Anyway, this episode has a bunch of Sana x Nanaka warming moments.

Yes the mirror it shows how innocent is Sana and that he does not have any especial feeling for Nanaka more then friendship till now - while she’s obviously in love with him - .

Aoi's comment about the pebble present.
His numerous memories of her.

All say that he did have more then a friendship feeling for her.

I don't think he's that innocent with his past fantasies of Nanaka.
