Why? They are to fix some bugs on battlelog, but all in all I find it pretty convenient

Sigh, since I started playing yesterday everyone seems more occupied with shooting each other instead of...well, doing anything else. No one ever drives the tanks out of our base.

Also, loads of networks issues. Keep getting dropped out of games and getting a timed out error.

By the way, why does the guy have to come back and kick the door open in order for the player to get out? It seems like he should have just been able to phase through the door like everyone else. Unless it's just from a glitch highlight reel or something.

Apparently I actually just meet the recommended system specs for this, which is mildly surprising (though I kind of expected it) though I'll probably still end up getting the PS3 version so I can play with my buddies since but for one there's nobody with a PC even close to mine.

Reminds of the incident in which my teammates somehow managed to stay a floor below me, walk over to where the door is above them, and then phase through the floor up to my level.

It was on the Kaffarov (sp?) level.

It's pretty scary when an PLR guy is retreating backwards and simply steps into a stone wall while firing at you.

Then suddenly all my AI comrads started to drop dead one after another...

I had to restart Operation Guillotine because all the other characters were dead and no one was left to open a door.

The only way you can get kills is if you're decent at flying.
The only way you can get decent at flying is by practicing often.
The only way you can practice often is by surviving for decent chunks of time.

You can dodge missiles without flares but you need to be a good pilot... I find high G Turns - when the plane chassis rumbles like it's been hit - can easily out perform a missile and doing a loop.To practice find an empty server.

However if you're in someone's gunsite, it can be tricky to get behind them from there. I tend to lure them back towards my AA to either take them out or make them break away. Then I go back out to hunt.

As for easy kills, strafe helicopters. They go down if you can get a good burst in.

Scout choppers are easy kills too, shot down a Little Bird in a Flanker by using the guns on the cockpit. Mmm. Mince meat.

Ah, you jet pilots are my mortal enemy.

No one on my team ever bothers to take down the jets, so any tips for a chopper pilot on how to survive a jet?

Stay low, use cover. People take the helicopters right into open sky, you need to get real close to the ground or be a sneaky SOB and be so high you're out of range of everything and try to pick off jets bellow you and hope no one looks up.

I've had some middling success with placing objects between me and a jet, or scooting around above or between trees or buildings with flares. The antena in Caspian, or the Oil refinery stuff in Firestorm make for good objects. I've had more trouble with ground based stingers then the jets it seems.

AA missiles are good fun if you can get a lock, makes things cheesy almost.

There is something Mission Impossible-esque about flying the Littlebird down the tunnel of Damavand Peak. Supidly hard but oh so hilarious.
