Yeah nice to have the subs for that episode as well.

Really makes sense how Ginga and Subaru are connected to this situation. Since the combat cyborg incident resulted in their mothers death and now we have the numbers showing up. This'll really make things complicated moving forward.

I don't know if it's just me, but the way they refer the Ground forces, it's almost as if it's a seperate enity from the TSAB...

That just might be it. Mid Childa Ground Forces, a relic from the pre-unified TSAB days? Very possible, in fact I have an example to prove that that must be it in order to preserve planetary stability.
