WOOOOOOOOOO!

Naruto 3 arrived at my house this morning, and my mom's bringing it out to me later today when she visits my brother on campus! I vow to unlock everyone before the end of the weekend!

*clenches fists, prepares for BATTLE*

Ah, yeah, you're right. It is a shame he isn't in this one. I was looking forward to gutting his smug ass with the Rasengan, just like in the anime.

Unlocked Itachi yesterday and well, hes so amazing

His Tsukiyomi is great, different quotes depending on who it is done (for example foolish brother >sasuke) but I think I prefer Narutimett Hero 2's version of Tsukiyomi. His other special is a Bunshin counter, which explodes if someone makes contact with you. You can use this to counter specials too

Itachi was definitely worth the 100k (plus the money for the other characters) to unlock him. They've really done him well in this.

2 player arcade lots of times. Use Neji/Temari/Anko and use their combo attacks for more points. Get enough points and you get a hokage ranking at the end, which is like 9.6k cash I think. You can also do the shadow clone thing as Akamaru (really easy) and try to get around 20k with him before dieing. If you complete story mode you get 30k (you have to beat itachi though, and hes an asshole

story mode? is that the mission mode?
the next char i have to get is orochimaru.

im doing survivals.. since i dont have any other way.
o and in 2player arcade, the points carry over every round right?

same over here, orochimaru is pretty expensive though

I have beaten all the mission in every level except naruto vrs. orochimaru jounin level... once I beat it, I will have enough for orochimaru!

I have been trying to use the forward + BB, BAAB X combo
but I have never been able to pull off the X at the end

any suggestions?

My guess is that you're doing BABB at the end by accident. The X can only be comboed off of certain hits, and it HAS to be BAAB for X to work.

Make sure you're not pressing any of the buttons an extra time. This game can be very particular about how precisely you enter your combo.

I'm currently doing a 2-round 1P arcade mode with Temari and using her mid-air special. I get at least 1,500,000 points at the end, which is around 7,000 points. Trying to unlock Orochimaru at the moment.

i cant figure out how to beat beat the mission oro vs naruto.
at first i tried killing him with special didnt work
then i tried letting beat me alil to try and kill him with rasengan still didnt work
and it doesnt let me go kyuubi

you know, you can just repeat the missions... or are you going for
all the mission cleared?
but i personally suck at that mission.
my friend does that for me. he says timing is important.

o and for oro versus naruto, you just gotta do 2 hit combo followed by rasengan.
but thats for genin level.

Finally got orochimaru.
and anko. man anko kicks ass.
GO ANKO!!!

o and what mode is the over 500000 points and extra money because its
hokage- level or something? cuz that mode will really help.

It is at start, but when you learn how to predict Itachis movements, you can beat him.
Genin, it was simple.
Chuunin, I had to retry several times (5-6) before learning how to fight him and beat him.
Jounin, after learning how to fight him in Chuunin level, I could easily beat him in the first try.

I find this mission more fun than it is hard. It takes a couple of times to get used to as well as intense consentration to beat...
Mission 32 (Itachi vrs. Sasuke) on Jounin level gives the chance to proove that you are a flaweless player! Or, atleast you don't end your combos being open. The key is to take advantage of Itachi's opening (especially when Itachi uses Kawarimi). Use either teleport when Itachi throws kunai. I prefer this mission to the other Sasuke vrs. Itachi mission, because Itachi is harder but you can use kawarimi.
