Can't say I'm surprised that this would happen, though.

Hmm...can someone remind me when is the last time we get a movie based on a non-fantastical harem series like Saekano? I can't seem to recall. It feels like a long time ago to me, or maybe I just missed out coz I don't really follow many harem shows.

Probably this movie will take the second half of the LN until the end instead of making 12-13 episodes but there's is always the chances that we get something entirely different.

Ahh yes completely forgot that Maruto is still trying to milk everything out of Saekano, now is going to be even more evident how bad were the last volumes if the content of this movie are the last ones, unless they decide to provide some new material.

That's a really small summary but at least shows how the movie provided a better ending to the story, compared to the LN I like this one. I'm glad to see that everyone is successful and managed to pursue their dreams, at least they're all together but as other spoilers mentioned the ones that took the biggest hit here were Eriri and Utaha.

Spoiler for spoilers: This movie serves as a closure for Saekano even when the light novels already have a mediocre ending. Tomoya finally has made blessing software company, he's the CEO and Megumi the second in command. Eriri and Utaha joins the company and work with tomoya and megumi, we get again the same kind of baits with utaha and eriri because they still have feelings for Tomoya, the movie finally puts an end to this and they accepted that Megumi won. Tomoya and Megumi having lots of "action" in the movie since they started going out, Megumi has the approval from Tomoya's family, they have permission to do it while in his house. There is an after-story which comes as a bonus for getting the movie ticket. Spoiler for The most painful part: Utaha cuts her hair. Last edited by Ichinotachi; 2019-10-26 at 16:22.
