I've happened across an interesting theory that could explain how our mystery woman could get to the present: she's been living in the Celestial Spirit World, where 1 day equals 3 months, or approx. 90 days, making it 90x as fast.

If it's Anna, then 400 years = 4.4 years.
If it's Layla, then 15 years = 2 months.

We don't know how they could get there, especially Layla since she's supposedly dead, but it would be a neat way for Mashima to make that plot point of going to the spirit world relevant.

So, in case anyone hasn't brought it up yet, it's been circulating that there appears to be a secret message being spelled out since the last five chapters. If you look closely, you can find a set of letters pertaining to a Japanese letter hidden in each cover:

Ch. 525 - Sa (さ/サ), flag
Ch. 526 - I (い/イ), book cover
Ch. 527 - Go (ご/ゴ), plaque
Ch. 528 - Ma (ま/マ), broken sign
Ch. 529 - De (で/デ), Toby's chest

Put together, the letters we have currently spell out "saigo made" (最後まで), which means "until the end". Could this mean he's covertly counting down to the end of the series? Or perhaps this is just another big troll message?

In "No Game No Life" it is said that Gods are "concept" that gain self awareness. God Ankhseram is clearly different from the other gods and only his power (Fairy Heart was born from his curse) could defeat Acnologia. Could this time "concept" mention in chapter 529 be related to Ankhseram?

but anyway, Lucy's mom's role is clearer now...
We just need one chapter to connect Zeref, Natsu, Dragon Slayers, Anna (Heartfilia clan), and Acnologia now

what might happened is that Natsu will be sealed together with Acnologia in the nothingness (or an empty world)
then Lucy will open the door to summon Natsu back

Fairy Tail's memories are the chapters of the story Lucy is writing from the start. The last memory is about Alvarez Empire and Fairy Tail will win with the defeat of Zeref. Considering the various hints FT memories are the future version of END's book.

In chapter 530 Zeref's objective is to reset time but didn't Lucy and Rogue both tried to reset time during the Grand Magic Games? How can we say who is wrong?

Also Eclipse allow one to travel through time but Neo Eclipse allow one to reset time? Does that mean one can't change history with eclipse they can only travel through it? In other words humans might be destiny to be wiped out after all.

Zeref's character keeps getting more complex, not in a good way. Make up your freaking mind what you want. Time change again? NatLu fans are going to pissed if that happens. Natsu won't be a live with them if the times reset right? Hey'll be with Zeref a live 400 years ago and Fairy Tail Guide wouldn't be to this day, right? I mean Zeref is the reason Fairy Tail is what it is.

Pros and cons with this time reset.

Pros..

None of the drama for Grey and Erza would have happened???

Cons

- No Fairy Guide right??? No Zeref = No Fairy Tail???

- No Natsu in this timeline???

There might be no Erza too in the new timeline. Assuming if the changed timeline change the problem of the Dragon Slayers, Irene might not need to wait 400 years to give birth.

The author introduced the void attribute, a dragon without attribute, a place filled with "void" --> Acnologia will turn into a void dragon becoming the incarnation of Timelapse.

While I was leaning towards Layla based on the hair, I honestly didn't want to see Hiro bring back another character he not only established as dead already, but detailed how she died. It was clearly one of his "roulette" decisions to hide her face, because of you look closely in the previous chapter, her hair is a cross between Anna's (the ponytail) and Layla's (the long sidelocks). But when we see her here, her sidelocks completely shrink. __________________ I'm not the boss. I just know what you should be doing.

I seriously couldn't care much about the Jerza moment which just felt out of content. And Natsu is still taking on Zeref. Yeah pretty much a chapter that just jump here and there in content. P.s. Acnologia looked like a pregnant Dragon when he ate the Jupiter's magic.

He links everything up by creating a new angle in the time lapse, and have the important plan focus on it. Meanwhile the book of END will be open, or maybe we have to wait till the last chapter, Lucy finally opens the book which has the word: THE END, to finish FT.
