The answer is probably a no, but has anyone ever seen any pictures of Satoko that depict her as having murderous intent / being insane / in general, "evil"? I've seen art of such with every other character, even Mion (who technically is the most sane on screen), but I've never seen any "dark" art of Satoko, not even any depicting her sending Keiichi to his death / her killing her parents while creepily muttering words.

It has always been like that, it's nothing new, DEEN makes money out of fanservice.
I don't get why people still react surprised about this or find it odd.
This is one reason why I don't like DEEN or any fanservice, it cheapens characters a lot and that on official basis. I don't care about fanmade ero.

Yes, but not to this extent. And as far as fanservice goes, the first episode of Rei had a bit of it but it wasn't anything like this.

Yeah, but remember the bonuses for Rei? Dakimakuras. None showed any explicit parts, but they were as close to it as they could get without showing. So the OVA will probably not be super dirty either, just because there's a dirty image accompanying it.

Yes, but those were in the bonuses, not in the actual OVA itself.

This makes no difference at all.
Those sample contents are also just covers or whatever, they don't show up in the actual animation.
