Region locking is a publisher's decision and P4U console version is published by Atlus/Index, not Arc System Works. ASW only co-developed the game and published the arcade version.

I'd rather not go any further, but the region lock is more or less so they can distribute the money they get to the proper localization areas. You live in Japan?
Buy the Japanese version so the Japan based company gets your money. The only reason this is an issue is because things in Japan are priced higher than in other territories, and reverse importation is apparently enough of a fear that they feel they must do this. It's kinda silly and it kinda isn't, but for what it's worth, it's not because they hate the consumer, after all, we're getting the games within at most a few weeks of each other, and that's just great. This is just a price to pay for that. I can't speak much to Blazblue, but they even went on record to confirm this reasoning, what else do you want?

No, the cast you see in the game are the final picks for the game. Unless they make DLC characters in the future then there's a chance we might see her, or she might make an appearance in one of the character's story mode. That's all I can say...for now.

I think that aigis or labrys (most likely her, but i am not sure) had the metis colour pattern. So you have to do with that

Also this game takes place after p4. I am not sure if you played p3 FES, but it would be impossible for Metis to be in this tournament story wise.

I think most likely Aigis will have the Metis colors for obvious reasons.

Probably true, but seeing that Metis was a melee character in FES it would have suited Labrys more..

yeah, i think Labrys would be much better as Metis color. oh well, but i'm still hoping that Metis get her own character.

Speaking of character concept colors, there's one for Yukiko when she's dressed up as Homura Akemi, and Ragna the Bloodedge for Yu, for one of his colors. Haven't seen the other though, I think I have but can't remember besides the said mentioned.

ha ha...more colors the better! even though i would like it even more if they
provide new costumes. new costumes probably not gonna happen though.
seeing how Blazblue doesnt even have new costumes or most 2-d fighting games
as that, i highly doubt it.

As a pre-order bonus, I've got many different colors for each characters. So on the day it gets released I get more additional colors for free, can't wait to see what they are.

I'm maining Yukiko (plus she's my favourite girl in the series) and as a huge Puella Magi Madoka Magica fan, I'm happy for the Homura color pick, and I can't wait to use it.

nice that you'll be getting more colors. since i'm pre-ordering from amazon, i get
the soundtrack for free. soundtrack isn't too shabby, i'll take it anyways. i dont
know who to main yet; i might have to try them ALL! lol. then i can see who is
more befitting of my playstyle. i might go with Aigis first or maybe Labrys. Labrys
is looking pretty cool. i might start with her first.

@Kenjiharima: bad apple in Persona 4 video? that doesn't sound so bad. i can
see some nice colors there near the end for the Chariot? i forgot her name already; it's been awhile since i play Persona 4 game...
