Guess I'm in the 'pretty satisfied' camp. Was first drawn in by the seiyu list (Ueda Kana talks a lot, yay!), but the battles seem well done. Can't say much about the plot yet; I heard the story so far is an anime original.
Witch girl is definitely top on the list; she gets to coolest attacks at the moment, not to mention a broom that can run empty And Kugimiya Rie doesn't sound like Nagi/Shana/Louise, so extra points there.

Surprisingly enjoyable. The magic worked, for me. And this is a Fukuyama Jun voice I like. I like him softer, rather than fake-hard as in Code Geass. Of course it was good to hear Takahashi Mikako, Kugimiya Rie, and Ueda Kana, as well as Suwabe Junichi, but I also really liked the voice of the client, played by Nasu Megumi, who was Sae in Peach Girl. Here's her blog. This a show I enjoyed more than I expected to.

I prayed, please don't let this be a Harem in disguise, please.
Of course, it turns out it is one. *sigh* Aside from the hideous quality the RAW I watched had, the whole thing seemed okay to me. I guess I'll watch a few more episodes, if just for Kana-chan. |

Both of those two witches may have a crush on the male protagonist... according to their conversation, each questions the other's motive to stay beside him...
And that punch... poor $@#$@!( I forgot the name of him)... what he did was just smiling at another girl, and got that...... even if this is a harem anime, the male protagonist is pretty miserable. |

The first of the fansubs are out!
Just finished the first episode. I think I'm going to like this series. The characters are appealing to me, and there's a lot of elements that I like - the rivalry between Honami and Addy, a Rie Kugimiya character who's not a tsundere (as far as I know), and lots of magic action from the world over. The ED (which was actually the OP), wasn't too bad either. Can't wait to see what animation they put to it. Even if it appeared like a routine episode from any given point in the series, I liked it. Ready for more. Last edited by Midonin; 2007-10-08 at 19:57. |

Whoa..Eclipse sure is workin overtime. 4 series in a season is surely something..plus releasing them so quick.
I think I m more inclined to see this series now just because fav subber has taken it up. And plus if its a harem..all the lore reason |

Seems like it hit a few points on the harem list .
But really I enjoyed the first episode and was fairly impressed with things. Was a solid start to the series and this could be a fun one to follow. Itsuki looks like he'll have a rough time with those two girls around. Seems like the magical dangers out there will be coming from sources a lot closer to him. Thought the mix of magics were pretty good and this could be a solid series for the season. Have to give Eclipse props for the load they put on themselves yet still release in good speed and quality.
