The new summary seems to hint that, maybe we would be getting v13 as the Final Volume.

Technically, it would be 1½ years (18 months) worth of gap between v11 & v12, which is to be expected as a Series gets closer to the End.
But its not like the whole time was a dry time. We got 2 Side-Story LN volumes within that time, and some other stuff (unlike Shield Hero LN, which had been on hiatus for 2½ years now, with nothing in-between not even a spin-off or side-story)

So, unless we get another "Short Story Collection" in-between v12 & v13, i would say that we would probably be getting v13 (in Japan) by the End of 2022 (i doubt the Author plans to extend it much longer than that).

It has more details and more character development. Basically, an edited better and more detailed version of the web novel.

Pretty much yeah, like getting to know more about shizuku's opinions of hajime in the past and showing yuuka's growing affection for hajime after his fall. Also scenes where it said it was a story for another times in the wn was shown in the ln, like when hajime sent liliana back to the kingdom, the scene of her sliding across the table and accidentally exposing her new feelings for hajime (making yuuka and aiko jealous in the process) where not in the wn. Also the scene of yuuka thanking hajime in ur wasn't in wn either.

Seems like it since the final chapter is called "Unexpected Rescue/Reinforcement". It looks like it will end with Miledi showing up. I guess I should say I'm surprised and not surprised that Shirakome would drag out the final battle for another volume, but now I have to wonder what the contents of volume 13 would look like. Will he jump straight into the after story for the last half or so of the book, or will it be entirely original content? On the other hand, the fact that there is an epilogue in this volume is also interesting since there wasn't one for volume 11.

On an unrelated note, it looks like FantasticYouth will be doing the ending theme for season 2.
