Number one got rejected from Reito's sister and this seems to be a first for him (at least in this time) Him getting what he wants seems to have given groth to some bad habits. I think that's the first time number 1 got rejected by a girl since he doesn't know much about Reito's lil sis. Still, i wonder how he will take action next for this.

I honestly doubt it. The males are way too prescious to get any hard punishment. Perhaps confinement (although that would be the status quo) but something more? Doubtful. Though that could be the story point where Reito openly breaks with the UW

Well it looks like the hentai harem setting has been breached, so I guess Doi-kun can now take a look at the reality of that world's situation, instead of being trapped in that fictional setting that the Japanese UW branch created in order to manipulate him.
