He's stuck on his first love. Give me a break here guys. We've seen plenty of MC's who have one girl they're stuck on. Sure 90% of us if they lived in this society would be going all out and acting like the second guy (The one who already has girls pregnant). I am starting to suspicious Reitou is author punching bag toward generic beta harem protagonist.
I don't remember any harem series where beta mc could get bashed so bad by people within the manga for being eunuch except in this manga . Even Ichika, Rito and Raku never get treatment like this.

There were no other guys in IS besides Ichika (kinda why he's so popular)

Early on Rito got killed for being who he was.

Raku got killed for his personality by his buddy Shuu even when Chitoge was part of the scene.
