Is the monorail at least secure?

I believe yes, it was secured by a a good measure, also, possibly the dock.

Assuming there's no normal guards to speak of, it's no wonder Autumn can sneak in easily. This is why I proposed he idea of security team, it's not their main job to fend of attacker, their main job is to check for something wrong and suspicious people.

I.S.A. will have to deal it by themselves, as well as party responsible for trespassing attempt (by technicality, I.S.A. is an independent country of sort)

Demi assumed the more important/crucial a place is, the more camera installed. He think student's room wouldn't have any, with dorm corridor have few of them.

As for slammer, do you mean jail? As I said, the best solution is taking the origin of trespasser into account, from what country, or for whom they worked etc.

How good is Laura in Melee and Knife fighting?

In knife fighting she is the best amongst the haremmettes (mostly due to agility and small size, allowing her to gain a better chance at first strike), in melee, her only problem is her body mass.

I need to do a Melee/knife fight scene between her and Future Cloney. I still expect her to win even if she has no armor, though. Speed beats mass. Considering both are abnormal, it's going to be hard to write.

True, speed beat mass.

But if the 'mass' in question are fast and lucky enough, the result is Laura flying to the wall, hard (*cough*ST Ichika*cough*).

This is why I emphasize she was best in knife fighting, not melee, because as I said before, one that land the first strike is probably the winner. (the loser is who bleed the fastest). In melee, everything can be considered as factor, mass included.

Honestly, I wonder if any of them could do it in normal circumstances. Maybe Charlotte return to Dunois, German being involved in a war against I.S.A., Houki being brainwashed (or just influenced) to work with Tabane...

Fridge logic aside, they seems like not having any reason to do so.
