Since the anime kinda skipped out most of the stuff that aren't about the 4 main cover girls, we kinda didn't see how Ruth was the only one whom Koutarou wasn't agressive towards at the beginning due to her being a reasonable figure. Their interactions revolving around Theia kinda made Koutarou and Ruth one of the earlier pairs to become good friends, which soon escalated as her feelings grew along with Theia's each passing volume.

So if I'm reading this right, thanks to the vaccine Kuran whipped up using Koutarou's DNA there's nothing barring them from procreating?

Never saw an LN that incorporated multiverse so well. I'll bring this up with the BT group. Maybe a translating group will appear to TL it. It'll get surprisingly popular after the anime ends though. The summaries were fantastic. GL with the rest

i would never expect that a novel like this would appear out of nowhere, i mean... hell the protagonist is involved with everything and everyone...

This kinda reminds me of that series where the guy has a unique trait of becoming the main character of every heroine's story.

Well it has summaries going also if you want to take a look at it. But I still like how this is more concentrated on the whole multiverse idea.

The LN hasn't outright stated it, but it was heavily implied that a significant portion of Fortorthe's, and definitely the royal lineage, had some of Koutarou aka an Earthling's gene in the mix and thus should be compatible with each other.

Well Takehaya was a VN script writer so it's not surprising that his style resembles one, where the hero goes through each girl's story one by one.
