I will stop watching it then, at least for now. Excited to marathon it once it ends. |

In part III, so far, Dio is the only vampire on the show and he is miles away from Joseph atm...other stand user is just human...err, most of it It's useless against the priestess because the stand become part of Joseph's body (that generates Hamon in the first place, human torch won't die because of his own fire, right?) And it's not like Hamon is 100% useless in the show, remember in the early episode Hamon killed parasite that was attached to the Kakyoin's head?

but not the stand itself, they already established that Stand can only be attacked by another stand and not sure if Joseph is as good Hamon user as his old self... considering his age and he didn't have to use it at all after Part II

Well, this came out of nowhere

Matthew Mercer: Jotaro Kujo Joseph Joestar: Richard Epcar DIO: Patrick Seitz No word on Phantom Blood & Battle Tendency yet. I was personally hoping for Crispin Freeman as DIO.

Still, I can see Seitz doing a decent DIO and Matthew Mercer as well as Richard Epcar will likely do a fine job as Jotaro and Joseph respectively. Kinda weird that they're dubbing Part 3 first, which also reminds me of the manga's treatment in the west, but it's still nice to see Jojo getting dubbed which likely means an eventual release in the west . As for the recent episode, it was nice to finally see Joseph getting some action for once and actually winning a fight. While it may not be quite on the level of some of the past Stand fights, Joseph outsmarting a villain and making do with what he has to work with always makes for an enjoyable fight. Joseph finally using his catchphrase at the end was the cherry on top . Poor Polnareff though . Hanged Man's mom sure is...spry for her age . I'm going to miss the Ripple/Hamon . Looking forward to seeing Anna reuniting with team Jojo . I don't think I've ever watched an ongoing four-cour series, so I'm both happy to hear that Stardust Crusaders is likely to adapt all the material from the manga and that I'll be able to watch Jojo for a few more seasons .

I'm overjoyed to hear JoJo is getting an English dub, but I'm a little disappointed they appear to be skipping over Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency in the process.
Hopefully they go back and do those as well.~

I can kinda see why they would do Part 3 first. It's the most well-known part in the west. 9 times out of 10 when you think of JoJo you think of Jotaro and Stardust Crusaders. It's probably dependent on the success of Stardust Crusaders.
