In other series it's very often for people to ask MC "Are you gay?" (usually one of the heroines) if MC being a pussy, though in playful tone.

Type of manga matters, that's why there's a classification in the first place.

TLR is not at that level.
Borderline Hentai is more appropriate to refer to manga like Nozoki Ana or Koibana Onsen.

Didn't realize this manga is actually very popular. 3 volumes have 1 million copies in print with Vol 1 already sold almost 200k and Vol 2 almost 150k.

to me it looks like as if Reito's agent has no clue on how to create a 'mating enviroment' I mean from what I see here the enviroment for Number 1 and 3 were perfectly tuned to theitr specific characters. And Shou simply counted on Reito's intelligence to do 'his duty' Uhm, mission failed I guess. Thern again it makes Number 1 and 3 seem to be asily manipulated by their agents.
