So whenever I try to add funds to my wallet with PSN money cards, this new version of the PS Store that they've had for a bit says an error occured and won't let me put the money in. (after I enter the code and select "yes" for adding funds to my wallet) So lately I used Dead Space 3, which has it's own "line" to the old version of the PS Store, to add funds. But now that's giving me an error, but this time with an error number; 80023-something.

Does anybody have any idea why I can't use the new regular PS Store to add funds, and what's up with this error I suddenly get now?

I wouldn't even know as I've always gone through account management to add funds to my account, but there have been some issues with the new playstation store although I don't know if a top up issue is one of them.

Because through my own personal experience their customer service tends to be less than helpful.

I just tried it again a little ago and now it works, but only through account managment on the XMB menu.

Upon further research on the 'net, a lot of people have the same problem as me with the same error code and the same lack of helpfulness from customer service.
