Season 2 of Shinmai Maou no Testament: Burst (The Testament of Sister New Devil: Burst) confirmed to air October 2015.

Plot Summary:

"Hey, you said you wanted a little sister, right?" First-year high school student, Toujo Basara, was suddenly asked by his father and fell into a state of panic. On top of that, the eccentric father told him he will be getting remarried.

He then departed overseas after bringing Basara two beautiful step-sisters. But Mio and Maria's true forms are actually the newbie Demon Lord and a succubus!

So after watching the episode its obvious the studio skipped everything that happened before the whole scene of Chisato that was animated in the ova. Well, its not that important given that it only explains why Basara actually joined the committee and properly introduced some of the characters that appeared in this one.

As always, lovely stickers for the censor scenes... they should include those in the BDs, would like to have every one of them.

Fell the animation slightly became better in this chapter compared to the previous season. Hope it remains like this.

For fellows novel readers, that sephiroth/qlippoth in the opening hold any meaning? Not sure why it is included or if it means something. By the way, those giants in the opening are from volume 5, right?

Not sure about the giants but the trees in the OP don't mean anything... yet. Anime could be foreshadowing something in the LN for all we know.

Too many things happened in a single episode and they even didn't forget to put a lot of fanservice and censoring again

The only thing I could remember from this episode is.... the REAL IMOUTO is back!!!!!!!
but then I was reminded again that Maria is the best waifu
