She's not, her father was an AF minister.

@monster: You got me with Eurasia, but the AF isn't going to be safe from Shinn and his cohorts.

Imagine if Shinn accidentally killed the dame...

Flay's guilt is the whole point in a way. She was a royal b!tch to most of them. At the end it seemed like she wanted to atone for her screw-ups. I can't see her being able to do that in the Atlantic Federation. She'd be used as a pawn with little to no way of changeing things.

So that leaves either joining Orbs military, ZAFT(doubtful at that time), or staying with the Archangel.

At least that's my take on it anyway.

It depends, Fllay could be Terminal's contact within the Atlantic Federation.
Scratch that, there's no way in hell that would happen.

Seriously though, it depends on whether the Allster family is influential. If they are, you could bet that Terminal's lopsided victory will even get more lopsided if you install Fllay as Minister in AF.

Shinn and his cohorts actually attacked Orb. You don't have to imagine that.

The only reason Flay joined the military in the first place was to avenge her father. After the war, she would have no reason to stay in any military. Besides, Flay's guilt was a personal matter involving Kira. Remaining with the Archangel would serve no purpose in resolving that guilt.

Depends, though. If her post-humous statements apply; the vow to protect Kira would lead her eventually back to the AA.

Even if that statement applies, it won't necessarily lead her to join the Archangel. There's a lot of factors to consider for something that will never happen.

Gosh, now I really want to see what would happen between Flay, Kira, and Lacus had Flay survived.

Nah, I still think Kira and Flay will remain just as friends. I just want to see it actually happen and Lacus asserting herself, assuming she wants to.

And yeah, fanfics don't count for me.

Dang I've been caught.

I tend to think haveing Flay hang around Kira would keep Lacus honest so to speak. She kinda took it for granted that she and Kira would eventually get married.

I more see them trying to get along. Especially seeing as they seem to have similar interests at the end. Meaning they want to see Kira happy. If that means Lacus as his gf and Flay his friend so be it.

@Rising Dragon I see Flay apologiesing to Lacus and trying to make amends for what she said to her.

Got me thinking, why a lot of SEED fans out there hate Fllay so much even though she never truly hurt (physically speaking) anybody? While they adore Yzak even after he killed dozens of innocent civilians on that shuttle mercilessly (a jerk as he was). Maybe that’s coz Fllay “hurts” the main character while Yzak killed faceless nobodies (except that little kid).

Seriously, Fllay is nowhere near the level of The Queen of all B*tches, Katejina Loos of Victory Gundam. Now that is one b*tch I want to see being g*ng-r*ped in the end. Death is too nice for her.
