Finally, we have something focusing on Mikoto again. She was really cute this episode. Uiharu was cute too. And we also have Maika, Touma, ans Index appearances. Even though this episode is also filler, it is much more enjoyable than the previous few.

Great episode. Recently, there has been a lot of focus on side characters, so it is nice to go back to the main four once in a while.
Also, this episode was great for the eyes. Different outfits for lot of characters. Uihara's tension was rather... incredible... Maika remakes her appearance too. The great preacher has appeared, with his memories washed. His great journey of preaching starts here... And... Instant Noodles-san also appeared, but her face didn't even get on the screen... Anyways, lovely episode~ More dressing up next time too! STILL... Uihara doesn't know there is a flower on her head... Scary, huh... I knew it, the main part of her body = flowers! She... learned?

Now this is good non-plot-focused anime-original material. Maid Mikoto was nice. A little maid Kuroko towards the end was nice too. A few more Kuroko antics, and good humor and stuff all around.
9/10 However I'll have to go back later and double-check something; did Touma already lose his memories? Maybe I heard wrong, but if not then JC Staff really did throw out the Index connections for whatever reason. Mikoto and Touma were supposed to have two more run-ins before he lost his memories. :/

Great filler episode. I tried to keep myself away from the spoilers, so in the beginning, I thought Mikoto was going to dance our something lol. Still, the best part of the episode IMO would be Kuroko's reaction upon seeing her onee-sama play the violin. It was so cute .

Touma's right, she does look pretty in that dress- We hardly see her in anything else except her uniform. I was expecting her to sing in a band or something, seems like the current trend with animes... But a violin performance would do just fine, it helps to tie in with the later Novel when she was teaching Uiharu.
It's good to see that they haven't forgotten about Maika. I mean, this IS an episode of maids, it would have been a crime to not have her appear... Like not having Shiage appear in an episode about Skill-out =_=. Anyway, it's kinda sad to see Touma without his memories when coming face-to-face with Mikoto in that situation, yet helping her ease her nervous feelings... Ah Crap, now I want the damn Sister Arc .

God dammit, the episode was going so well, until the "violin" playing started. IT doesn't even sound like a violin! God at least say it's a Viola or something. It made me rage so hard. I happen to be in an orchestra too. I thought Japanese people were musically talented. Don't any of you guys listen to instrumentals from soundtracks, I'm sure you have encountered violin tracks and they do not sound like mikoto-san's playing.

This episode was nice. I'm glad we finally got an episode dedicated to the main four again! And more Misaka is always nice, considering this is Railgun!
I do wonder about Uiharu's flowers though... maybe she forgot about them while she was caught up in the moment? I mean, I could've sworn that when Harumi asked Uiharu about them and Uiharu refused to tell her. I could be remembering incorrectly, though. |

Uiharu should be in the urban legends, the story behind those flowers just keeps getting mysterious. So if it isn't a hair ornament then what is it? Are those even flowers or just looks like one? Is she once part of an experiment that horribly gone wrong? ahhh so many questions
As for the episode, It was definitely a surprise that Touma showed up, totally did not expected that. Maika should have given me a hint since she mentioned a glutton which in the end happens to be non other than Index (ugh, I should have known that) and we all know that there's a certain glutton who always hangs out with Tou~ma! And obviously, he has already lost his memories which makes me even lol'd hard that he could do this much damage to Mikoto even without them
