Cloak & Dagger has one episode left in the season.... And I still don't get why it's praised so much. Aside from episode 7, which was actually pretty cool, rest of the show is a standart soap opera. Only with superpowers. Although these superpowers rarely used. Well, acting is good, at least.
Heh, and people are calling Netflix shows slow. These shows have 1994 Spiderman's pace, compared to this.
But seems like everyone are loving it, so... er... good for them I guess.

There is really only one episode left this season? The plot honestly feels like it just started.

Unless anyone has been living under the rock, James Gunn, the director of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, was fired by Disney due to an Alt-Right Conservative group, who didn't like that the Director hates Trump, revealing to Disney that the director had made rape and pedohille jokes on twitter ten years ago(which he apologize for the poor taste of the jokes in 2012).

A lot of people are not happy with this since with even his GOTG stars and fans rallying behind the director and demanding Disney hiring him back.

Yeah! Great news. (In your face to the lying punk who was responsible for this mess!)
It's also worth mentioning Gunn is also directing Suicide Squad 2 for DC/ Warner Bros as well and will do GOTG 3 after finishing Suicide Squad 2.

That is honestly awesome. I was worried about how things would play out with Guardians 3. Be hard to replace Gunn when he wrote the script for the third movie already. Just happy to know he's back on board.

Sure we'll have to wait way longer than we would have if he hadn't been let go in the first place. But this was easily the best case scenario once he was originally fired. Just means checking out Suicide Squad 2 first and then Guardians 3.

That Shang-Chi movie is pretty much a solid proof that Marvel is admitting their mistake when they decided to go with the unnecessary fake Mandarin twist in Iron-Man 3 only to have yet another businessman villain for the third time in a row. Lame. And IM-3 director (Shane Black) is certified an overhyped hack when The Predator is proven to be too terrible to defend even by his fans.

I was half hoping that Blade will remain Wesley Snipes. Also, how can you make a hero who has been living in the "underground/underworld" butchering violent vampires a PG-13 endeavor without "defanging" what Wesley Snipes movies have justifiably popularized before?

Also, some people have problems with MCU bringing up "Lady Thor" but I don't necessarily hate the idea. I like the look of the female Thor in the comics and if (the current) Natalie Portman is up for it, she must see something special in it. Then again, Captain Marvel is a borefest if not for the entertaining Fury & the Skrulls. I guess it all depends on the execution. I just hope that Taika Waititi does not screw yet another supporting character from the original Thor movie (namely: Lady Sif) like the Warriors Three who got slain like bitches with no shred of respect.

Wesley Snipes is almost 60. Unless they would make a movie about him passing the torch to the next generation, he isn't a good pick to start a franchise.
Snipes can play Whistler... or Deacon Frost.

Wasn't the whole fake Mandarin thing was the result of Iron Man 3 being funded by a Chinese company that they had to make changes to the plot as not to offend the Chinese Censors over Yellow Peril stereotypes and even added extra scenes in the Chinese version of the movie that serve not purpose but to advertise Chinese products and make some Chinese characters we never saw and the Chinese government as allies of Iron Man

Actually, the real Mandarin was in the plans since 2014, as the short "All Hail the King" reveals that that he actually exists and has learned about the bogus one in Iron Man 3.

I, huh, don't really care about anything except Doctor Strange 2 and What if.

Blade seems kind of out of place in the MCU.

It seems more like the kind of thing that they would place on TV or on Netflix if they were still releasing series there.

Agreed, even in comic Blade story always being out of place only fit for filler story.

The idea of vampire living in superhuman world are just stupid

why people should afraid to them when there are aliens, and mutants walks the city everyday.
