1) Font style is ok but you could change the colors, some adjustments and the quote. "Ice Cold" doesn't suit the atmosphere of the sig.

It isn't,

It sits on 83 KB (84,758 bytes) when the max limit here is 50Kb or less. So you'll have the lower the quality till it reaches that much. If you still have trouble if KiNa or yourself doesn't mind I can help you out.

I'm afraid it isn't. The forum rules states that all signatures (and avatars) must not exceed beyond 50kb (50,000 bytes).

Why is the limit so low on here.?...it makes sigs crappy...this is the only site Ive seen with this strange rule...

It's due to users that still or might use dial-up and having sig+avatars over 50kb on the same page could kill their bandwidth. Well it's along the lines of that. Also I did descrease the size for you without losing too much of the quality hope you didn't mind it. Just trying to help

I think you should save it as JPEG. No real reason to use 8bit PNG. With a sig that size, you could use very minimal compression ratio so quality hit would be much smaller than it is when limiting the colors to 256.

Otherwise, a really nice sig!
