Manga/Anime!?
Anyone who could suggest some good smut/romance/drama mangas/animes?
Also, If there is an anime that is kind of like Naruto or Fairy Tail, can you tell me those as well? I love animes where it's a lot of fighting and humor. Naruto is probably the best one I've watched so far! ^^

A good adult romance manga is HEN. There isn't much smut but the content is on the adult side of things.
As for smut with romance (blend varies)...try...Glass no Megami, Virgin na Kankei, Momoiro Sango, Yomeiro Choice, Love Lucky, Henkoi - The After School Diary, Pinku de Pinku, Yuria 100 Shiki, Oretama & Futari Ecchi. The must reads are Virgin na Kankei, Yuria 100 Shiki, Oretama & Futari Ecchi. Wow...didn't realize how much of this I've read, please don't think ill of me, haha.

thanks ^^ Anyone, is Code Geass worth reading? I've been thinking about it for a while, but I can't make up my mind if I like it or not. The anime is so-so, at least the first episodes that I've watched .. will it get better? ;P
