He's referencing the fact that Shiranui is about the same stature as Zenkichi's mom.

I.e, she looks like an underage girl.

Not that I think Shiranui currently even has a shot with Zenkichi. She's probably bestfriendzoned for life.

I have a question about All-Fiction though; when Kumagawa revived its weaker version after his death by Munakata, one of its weaknesses was that it couldn't repair things that had major emotion behind it(i.e. Emukae's haircut, Zenkichi's seppuku). Now that it's back to its powerful state, does it just lose that weakness? Personally, I was somewhat fond of it.

It had that weakness even when it was at full power, he tried to erase Emukae's minus but failed even when he had hundred gauntlet, this was back in the student council fight in ch 83ish

Wow, that was very touching. I didn't know Anshin'nin-san could be so sweet. And the face Kumagawa made when she hugged him was priceless. While I don't think she's gone for good, it was an awesome farewell. Not only did he get Hundred Gauntlet back, thus bringing All Fiction back to full power, but he got an extra skill. And now that the loser star he was born under is gone, who knows... he might just win.

This reminds me of something: how was Zenkichi Kumagawa's counter in Hakoniwa, as we see when he defeats Kumagawa's shadow.

Couldn't he just regenerate endlessly with All-Fiction from any wound Zenkichi could give? Or just erase time like he does with Ajimu to get a million hits in or something? Makes no sense to me.

I just thought it was because Zenkichi hits really hard and Kumagawa can't take hits worth a damn.
They were just illusions anyway.

I took it as a reference to the General Affairs Manager battle during the Minus arc, where Zenkichi technically beat Kumagawa.

Also, if you'd like, anybody could defeat Kumagawa - he's a "born loser," after all!

Well realistically speaking, the only other options were the double to Medaka, and the double to Ajimu, who were the strongest characters in the series up to that point. Zenkichi can at best match Medaka, while Ajimu is....Ajimu.

Honestly, why does it matter so much if Kumagawa "wins"? We've discussed time and time again that he's capable of doing almost anything. He just says "he couldn't win" because of his mentality. Just paste his "Hadaka Apron Face" after he does something, done.
