Edit: Another question: Do you want that background color to use later for transparency or as the background itself? There's a lot of edge blending so it will wind up looking jagged if I replace the background color. If you want that to be the final color I could blur the edges to reduce that, but that won't work if it's for transparency.

I'm trying to go for transparent but if it's going to look weird and bad then you can leave the background the way it is.

I'm sorry to say, 24x24 isn't going to look like anything. Just as an example, an extremely aggressive crop only makes this:

Once again, here are some Junjou Romantica requests from me. It's been rumoured that the series will be ending next episode despite the fact that 24 episodes were planned (I'll cry), so this might be one of my last requests from this series. However, there are only two this time.
