I just started reading another Clamp comic. Its called Legal Drug, or Lawful Drug depending on how its translated. That might make a difference if you are trying to find it.

Has anyone read this?

I am not saying that the two main character's relationship is identical to Wata&Domi but its that same kinda relationship... ish.

One guy hates the other guy and the other guy is always blunt towards the guy who is mad. It makes for some pretty funny scenes.

Well, if that's the case. The first thing I can think of is Kurogane and Fye from TRC. Only that Fye not sullen like Doumeki is but a smiling "idiot" (he's smart..but acts dumb sometimes) that always annoys poor Kuro-pyon.

Fye behaves in a way that I believe is referred to as "obfuscating stupidity"

It basically means that he acts dumb so that other people wont think that he is smart or powerful. So if it comes to a fight he is always underestimated.

Did you try reading legal drug/lawful drug yet? These two guys are watanuki & domeki reincarnated/reimagined.

no need to discuss legal drug here either D:

if no one responds then the by you given suggestion isn't taken in by anyone
and since you aren't asking for any manga/anime of a certain kind, like it usually goes in the topic section I suggest we leave it be

edit:
legal drug isnt watanuki and doumeki reincarnated if you've read it then you should know that the manga is set in the same time-line (if you watched xxholic then you should know this)
and why do we not like legal drug, it is 3 volumes and Clamp most likely dropped the project because it has been over a year (I think even 2) since they've even thought of doing something with it
