Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle is actually focused on the strength of relationships. Both Syaoran and Sakura are already into each other in the series' beginning but some sort of chaos puts the relationship in issue forcing them to restart.

There is also Fate/Zero and Scryed (though this one is a subject of controversy)

12-Sai fits the bill. As the name suggests the kids are twelve, but while I doubt that's old enough for really strong sexual urges I'd argue it's old enough for some degree of romantic love, and both couples are portrayed as legitimately in love from almost the start.

Also, how the heck has My Love Story (Ore Monogatari) not been mentioned yet? They get together within the first three episodes/few chapters and to my knowledge stay together from then on.

Scryed? I don't think there is such thing. Ryuhou and his childhood friend are not relationship until late (if even) and Kazuma and Kanami are siblings in every way but by blood.

Kazuma and Kanami kind of seems weird in the manga when the latter gets angry of seeing Kazuma with Mimori. Still, I have bad memories with the manga so I'll stick to the anime. Still, they pulled quite a Star Wars in the finale:

Then again in the compilation film Kazuma is kind of a tsundere when he hears Ryuhou met Kanami.

In that case it's still not "getting together early", I mean it's not even explicitly "getting together in finale" based on that exchange alone

Onegai Teacher has the MC marries her at the beginning of the show as well.

In both Urusei Yatsura (1981) and Onegai Teacher (2002) the main couple gets married around the first episode. It's not exactly a rare occurrence in anime for a couple to form early. Though, it mostly plays out in a "everybody except the two know" fashion. Like in Ookami to Koushinryou (2008), The Kabocha Wine (1982) or Toradora (2008)

Wasn't the marriage in Urusei Yatsura only a misunderstanding on Lum's part? At least in the manga. Plus, untile the end Ataru doesn't consider themselves a couple.
For another manga example, Ai yori aoshi.

Ai Yori Aoshi comes to mind. The hero is rather quick to accept his status as Aoi's fiancé and the two of them clearly love one another.

Telepathy Girl Ran fits the bill real well too. They're going out by the end of the second episode.

Depends on how fast is "early".

In Monogatari series, Koyomi and Hitagi officially became a couple in the first LN volume.

In Golden Time, Banri and Kouko got together in the beginning of LN Vol 3.

In Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet, Romio and Juliet got together in the first manga chapter.

In Dousei Recipe, the couple were already together in the beginning of the series.

In Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge, Kiri and Iwai got together at the end of manga Vol 3.

In Rec, the couple got together at the end of manga Vol 1.

Narue no Sekai (Narue's World) has the hero and heroine get together in the very first episode. The moment it becomes clear he doesn't mind her being an alien, she wholeheartedly accepts.
