The Yuki on the right in that avvie at first glance looks a lot like Koizumi until you look at it for a second. It must be the hair.

Its probably because Yuki usually has thin hair on the sides and Koizumi has the "puff"going on, and that downward facing straight (if that makes sense) angle makes her hair look puffy.
