Yeah, as is speculated in the blog post, I suspect a BD-Box. It's possible the BD-Box could include a bonus of some sort to try to get people to re-buy, but I'm not sure what they could do at this point. (I suppose if they really want to be daring they could do a bonus episode for Kozue or something (based on the content from Haruka na Sora), but that would be really unexpected so many years later.)

A Kozue OVA of sorts will be surprising. Also, the cast will have aged and perhaps, their voice delivery should differ somewhat.

Considering what happened to Kozue at the end of anime, she deserves to get her own route in an OVA , really.
