The key visual doesn't inspire confidence. Male Matsuri's design doesn't matter much since we won't see him past the first episode, but look at the picture: he has the lower body of a grown man and the upper body of a little boy. Proportions are completely fucked up. How do you mess up a key visual this bad?

I don’t see anything wrong with it. His legs only look big because the pants are intentionally baggy. You see that in a lot of battle outfits.

I wouldn’t use any one picture as the rule/law for any anime anyway. Otherwise a lot of animes with great art should be really bad looking going by certain art for them.
