For skills, the ability to embed magic power into the weapon is considered an advanced technique in this world and those who could do so are considered very skilled warriors already. All the beastgirls could use and even advanced technique which is to fire the magic power as magic cannon, which seems to be considered the ultimate technique according to the strongest warrior in the country.

Liza could also manipulate her magic power freely and embed them to other parts like body or armor, which means she wasnt just limited to enhancing her weapon only. (There's an omake chapter where she enhances her teeth to allow her to chew on monster meats that are as hard as metals )

Teaching probably refers to Sato guiding them to level up and learn their skills.Aside from otherworldy people who has access to their stats, I think most people in this world doesnt have the concept of skill points (by knowledge). Basically they have to practice hard in order to learn something. Perhaps their skill points were distributed subconsciously when they are training or level up.

imo the person that has most interesting development in skills is probably Lulu. In normal life she is working hard to practice cooking skill and it seems like she is about to catch up to Sato or is already on par with him. In battle she uses many types of range weapons ranging from gun to railgun to plasma cannon. (When she fights boss class enemy her weapon reminds me of Raising Heart in Nanoha (CV: Sato) lol)

Even after the proposal duel, she misunderstood that Sato was holding back his power against her and thought that he intends to give her chance to win him over. Realizing that she is seriously in love with him, he thinks he has the responsibility to reject her to avoid making her keeping her hopes high.

I think when it comes to the noble responsibility of taking wives, he probably wont take any girls until he at least conquers Aze. Before that happens, he might either stall the buffer time for getting wives or might just find a way to quit the nobles and resume a traveler life as he doesn't really have any desire to become a noble to begin with. iirc the reason he became one in the first place was because he was forced to either become a noble or to marry Karina.

I think from beginning to the end Sato only think of her as a daughter of his boss. Although there's always the joke that he was almost bewitched by her boobs, his feelings towards her did not go beyond the friend/acquaintance line.

Sato does not has the obligatory to follow Seryuu's condition because Sato was not affiliated under him. The threat he imposes on him actually wasn't a big deal to him either. He just kept quiet because he will not be bothered by him during the buffer time given to him (i think it is half year, the 2 or 3 years time thing should be the noble rules instead so there still another time limit) plus Zena will be joining him in the mean time. He is already planning on training a dungeon manager to take over the role Seryuu is planning to give him.

While lately Sato is diving deeper to the nobility stuffs, there wasnt much political plot either. He always try to keep his responsibility at minimal rate. So he still does not has as much responsibility or obligatory like most other novels because he wasn't assumed a position or owned any territory that he needs to govern. And so far there wasn't much shady political scheme/plots or power struggle that involves him directly either. The dungeon city arc might be considered one but most nobles ended up becoming as his friends so its all cool.
