Ep 7 is exactly the sort of stuff I enjoy, but I kinda feel like I am gonna get whiplash from all the different genres they are trying to squeeze Sonico into. Last week was my least fave ep while this week's just barely edged ahead of the previous ep that focused on Sonico's senpai that gave her her guitar....

Another genre covered by Sonico. I liked the episode's quiet travelogue style, but I almost wish that this show had a real overall plot, because the total randomness amongst the individual episodes is jarring. I don't want to trust the preview for next week either... it'll turn out to be interactive dinner theatre or something.

Wow, didn't expect the SoniAni to have an episode like 7. Love when a show has this sort of content even if only briefly.

There was only a fraction of a second of fanservice in the actual episode (and even then it was fully-clothed), though they did return to the usual bikini shots in the ED. Considering it's a show featuring Super Sonico, I guess that's defying expectations also.

Just like two other shows this season, this series is also an episodic one with lots of creative freedom. The trouble is, the writers are not good enough in this show, so the gap in quality is so obvious here

Episode 8: I liked the 3D-printing/CGI scenes in the ED more than the actual episode, whose content had me sitting there gaping and muttering "Why did they write this?"

This exactly sums up m feelings about ep 8. But then again mystery tropes are a hard sell for me....

Oh well. Maybe next week will be better. This ep was a complete "meh".

this week is give sonico & pals were to have music practice til sonico fell & ow then bring in suzu's sister said this is a mystery.

give many wild guess & wacky assume give mostly sonico trip & fell yet guitar on stage.

but wait it was a mystery cause maid worker oops amp make delay to prevent cause want to fix the amp yet suzu's sister going let it slide.

next ep school fest.

Have to admit I found that the weakest episode of the series, although the bit after the end credit showed that Ena was a better detective than she'd appeared.

But yes, the 3D printing in the end credit was interesting!
